FAQ
-
What are your rates?
I offer three packages.
2 sessions for $450
4 sessions for $850
6 sessions for $1200
Each package must be purchased in full prior to scheduling.
-
How do i know which package to buy?
If you don’t know, just give Maggie a call at 561-884-2403 to discuss and she will make a recommendation. If you buy one and change your mind, we can make the adjustment. Don’t worry!
-
Do you offer a guarantee?
I cannot guarantee the outcome of your training because it is affected by factors like: how often you reschedule, how often you practice, if you are practicing the correct technique, etc. I can give you stellar advice and techniques, but YOUR behavior determines the outcome much more than mine.
-
What experience do you have?
My resume is on the About Me page. Here are some highlights:
I have been a professional trainer for 16 years.
I have trained other trainers who are enjoying success in their businesses.
I have attended Animal Behavior College, had 4 different mentors, and keep up to date on new information by constantly taking classes.
-
Will you work with aggression?
Aggression is a common dog behavior. I will work with it. To have success with aggressive behaviors, the owner needs to commit to change too. Will YOU work with aggression?
-
Why should I choose you over another trainer?
Cause there is only one Maggie Marshall! What sets me apart is that I am a mom, grandma, business owner and a generally busy person like you. I am understanding of the challenges of today’s busy lifestyles filled with distractions. I can give you some amazingly simple techniques to change your life with your dog. I am creative with my training, and customize your plan to meet your needs, wants, ability, time and finances.
-
What methods do you use?
You can read about my methods on the About Me page. I am skilled in all the appropriate methods of dog training - counter conditioning and operant conditioning. What you might want to know is do i use food or punishment? Yes, I do. I am respectful of your opinions and feelings and ask before I do things and anything you are not comfortable with, we talk through and come to an agreement. Training is changing behavior and that needs motivation and discomfort, often for the dog and you.
